Residual granite and metamorphic sedimentary soils
This wine presents itself in a light citrus color. Aromas of ripened fruits, white peach, citrus and pineapple. Eclectic and compact on the palate and a balance, good structure finish.
Manual harvest is carried out in 25kg boxes. The grapes are separated and subject to a cold maceration for 24 hours at a low temperature. Subsequently it is matured in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 14°C and afterwards cold stabilised, before bottling to achieve the full aroma capacity of that wine.
Deep garnet red color with purple reflexes. Impressive beginning with full-aromatic berries that show a remarkable development in the mouth. Very substantial and concentrated palate, soft tannins and an incredible complexity, and an exceptionally long finish.
Clear, intense garnet colour with violet reflexes. Intensive aroma of flowers, especially orange blossom and violets. Also blackberry, plum, mint, spices and balsamic notes. Aromaticl, seductive, fresh and elegant, with firm tannins and a expressive long finish.
