Vinho Regional Alentejano
40% Gouveio, 40% Viosinho and 20% Arinto
Residual granite and metamorphic sedimentary soils
This wine presents itself in a light citrus color. Aromas of ripened fruits, white peach, citrus and pineapple. Eclectic and compact on the palate and a balance, good structure finish.
Manual harvest is carried out in 25kg boxes. The grapes are separated and subject to a cold maceration for 24 hours at a low temperature. Subsequently it is matured in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 14°C and afterwards cold stabilised, before bottling to achieve the full aroma capacity of that wine.
A lovely blend of butter and exotic fruits. Lots of fruit and good density on the palate. Harmonic and wonderfull elegant at the finish.
This wine presents itself, an intensively purple red colour, a powerfully structure and aromas of dark fruits, seasoning fruit and a slightly herb note.
