Vinho Regional Alentejano
Residual granite and metamorphic sedimentary soils
Rich in exotic flavors and citrus fruits, tight, fruity and with an elegant acidity. The short barrel storage gives the wine a delicate taste of tropical fruit with a silky finish.
Manual harvest is carried out in 25kg boxes. The grapes are separated and subject to a cold maceration for 24 hours at a low temperature. Subsequently it is matured to 50% in stainless steel vats and to 50% over 3 months in French oak barriques at a temperature of 14°C.
This wine should be served within the next two years.
Aromas of vanilla, chocolate, blackcurrant, pleasantly balanced with truffles. On the palate an additional composition of berries and the aroma of chocolate that transforms itself to a slight taste of cassis. In the finish stays a persistent elegant freshness.
A lovely blend of butter and exotic fruits. Lots of fruit and good density on the palate. Harmonic and wonderfull elegant at the finish.
