Tasting:

Aromas of vanilla, chocolate, blackcurrant, pleasantly balanced with truffles. On the palate an additional composition of berries and the aroma of chocolate that transforms itself to a slight taste of cassis. In the finish stays a persistent elegant freshness.

Vinification:

Strict reduction of grape yield at 55 hectoliters per hectare. Natural sedimentation with a constant temperature of 5°C. Maceration in open stainless steel tanks at 25°C. 70% maturation of 9 months in stainless steel tanks. 30% maturation of 8 months in French oak barriques.

Red

Plansel Touriga Franca

Deep garnet red color with purple reflexes. Impressive beginning with full-aromatic berries that show a remarkable development in the mouth. Very substantial and concentrated palate, soft tannins and an incredible complexity, and an exceptionally long finish.

White

Plansel White

This wine presents itself in a light citrus color. Aromas of ripened fruits, white peach, citrus and pineapple. Eclectic and compact on the palate, a good balance and a good structure finish.
