Vinho Regional Alentejano
Sandy soils, loam soils, clay soils, limestone and slate soils. Overall, high iron content and granite in the deeper rock layers.
Aromas of vanilla, chocolate, blackcurrant, pleasantly balanced with truffles. On the palate an additional composition of berries and the aroma of chocolate that transforms itself to a slight taste of cassis. In the finish stays a persistent elegant freshness.
Strict reduction of grape yield at 55 hectoliters per hectare. Natural sedimentation with a constant temperature of 5°C. Maceration in open stainless steel tanks at 25°C. 70% maturation of 9 months in stainless steel tanks. 30% maturation of 8 months in French oak barriques.
This wine presents itself, an intensively purple red colour, a powerfully structure and aromas of dark fruits, seasoning fruit and a slightly herb note.
Bright rose colored, fresh wine with aromas of watermelon and red berries. The freshness and pleasant acidity fit perfectly together for an apertiv on the terrace in the summer, or a light meal like salad, soup, or fish.
