Sandy soils, loam soils, clay soils, limestone and slate soils. Overall, high iron content and granite in the deeper rock layers.
Dark and intense garnet color with violet reflexes. Only in our “terroir”, in Montemor-o-Novo, does Touriga Nacional show exuberant floral aromas of violets. The smell of orange blossom underlines the individuality of this wine. On the palate is this wine complexity, and elegant and an expressive long finish.
Strict reduction of grape yield at 35 hectoliters per hectare and selective manual harvesting. Maceration in open Lagars at 25°C. Maturation for 14 months in French oak barriques.
Deep garnet red color with purple reflexes. Impressive beginning with full-aromatic berries that show a remarkable development in the mouth. Very substantial and concentrated palate, soft tannins and an incredible complexity, and an exceptionally long finish.
This wine was born from the choices of Dorina Lindemann and Carlos Ramos, in order to create something with opposite characteristics. It presents aromas of exotic fruits with banana dominance and a touch of honey. Elegant structure, natural freshness, lively presence of citrus and some buttery.
