Bright rose colored, fresh wine with aromas of watermelon and red berries. The freshness and pleasant acidity fit perfectly together for an apertiv on the terrace in the summer, or a light meal like salad, soup, or fish.
After the harvest the grapes are separated and pressed. After destemming and crushing, the grapes are chilled to 5°C and subject to a cold maceration for 24 hours. Afterwards are the cleaned musts with pure yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 14°C until it is cold stabilised. Maturation at a temperature of 8°C in stainless steel tanks until the bottling with membrane filtration.
Deep garnet red color with purple reflexes. Impressive beginning with full-aromatic berries that show a remarkable development in the mouth. Very substantial and concentrated palate, soft tannins and an incredible complexity, and an exceptionally long finish.
Green apple, passionfruit and white currant are the prevalent aromas from a rich fruity palette of this fresh and unique sparkling wine. On the palate it is luscious and has a rather youthful personality.
