60% Aragonez and 40% Castelão
Residual granite and metamorphic sedimentary soils
Bright rose colored, fresh wine with aromas of watermelon and red berries. The freshness and pleasant acidity fit perfectly together for an apertiv on the terrace in the summer, or a light meal like salad, soup, or fish.
After the harvest the grapes are separated and pressed. After destemming and crushing, the grapes are chilled to 5°C and subject to a cold maceration for 24 hours. Afterwards are the cleaned musts with pure yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 14°C until it is cold stabilised. Maturation at a temperature of 8°C in stainless steel tanks until the bottling with membrane filtration.
Rich in exotic flavors and citrus fruits, tight, fruity and with an elegant acidity. The short barrel storage gives the wine a delicate taste of tropical fruit with a silky finish.
Clear, intense garnet color with violet reflexes. Intensive aromas of figs, plums and mocha. The smell of orange blossom underlines the individuality of this wine. This wine is complex, elegant and an expressive long finish.
