50% Castelão and 50% Aragonez
Residual granite and metamorphic sedimentary soils
Light pink colored wine with soft aromas of strawberry and raspberry. On the palate a nice structured fruity wine with a pleasant acidity and a full taste. All together a fresh and fruity wine for every season.
After the harvest the grapes are separated and pressed. After destemming and crushing, the grapes are chilled to 5°C and subject to a cold maceration for 24 hours. After that the wine is filtered and biologically stabilized. Afterwards are the cleaned musts with pure yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 14°C until it is cold stabilised before bottling to achieve the full aroma capacity of that wine.
A garnet red wine with intense aromas of heart cherry, a bit of dark chocolate and cedar wood. On the palate it is intense fruity, complex and elegant. It ́s well structured, full-bodied and has a sustaining finish with recurrent sweet fruit.
This wine have a dark garnet color with violet reflexes. Intense flavour in the nose of sweet and concentrated wild fruit with soft floral hints and a touch of dark chocolate, vanilla and marzipan. Very elegant and spicy on the palate, mild and juicy tannins, a great balance and long lasting finish.
