50% Viosinho and 50% Gouveio
Sandy soils, loam soils, clay soils, limestone and slate soils. Overall, high iron content and granite in the deeper rock layers.
A new composition of terroir, experience and the grape varieties Viosinho and Gouveio created by Dorina Lindemann together with her oenologist Carlos Ramos.
A lovely mixture of exotic fruit and buttery aroma. A lot of fruit, harmonious and wonderfully elegant.
Selective manual harvest in small 25 kg boxes. Natural sedimentation at 5°C. Fermentation and storage in French barrique barrels.
Flavour of dark fruits, a touch of red current and floral notes. A wine with a fine, fruity spicy touch on the palate. Balanced structure with soft tannins.
Clean, light citrus color. Full ripe fruit, with white peach and citrus notes, passionfruit and pineapple. In the mouth juicy with exotic hints and a pleasant acidity. Good structure with finesse.
