Flavour of dark fruits, a touch of red current and floral notes. A wine with a fine, fruity spicy touch on the palate. Balanced structure with soft tannins.
Strict reduction of grape yield at 55 hectoliters per hectare. Natural sedimentation with a constant temperature of 5°C. Mash fermentation in rotofermenters and open stainless steel tanks with 25°C. Maturation of 3 months in stainless steel tanks.
This wine have a dark garnet color with violet reflexes. Intense flavour in the nose of sweet and concentrated wild fruit with soft floral hints and a touch of dark chocolate, vanilla and marzipan. Very elegant and spicy on the palate, mild and juicy tannins, a great balance and long lasting finish.
Clean, light citrus color. Full ripe fruit, with white peach and citrus notes, passionfruit and pineapple. In the mouth juicy with exotic hints and a pleasant acidity. Good structure with finesse.
