Tasting:

Flavour of dark fruits, a touch of red current and floral notes. A wine with a fine, fruity spicy touch on the palate. Balanced structure with soft tannins.

Vinification:

Strict reduction of grape yield at 55 hectoliters per hectare. Natural sedimentation with a constant temperature of 5°C. Mash fermentation in rotofermenters and open stainless steel tanks with 25°C. Maturation of 3 months in stainless steel tanks.

Dorina Lindemann Tinta Barroca

A garnet red wine with intense aromas of heart cherry, a bit of dark chocolate and cedar wood. On the palate it is intense fruity, complex and elegant. It ́s well structured, full-bodied and has a sustaining finish with recurrent sweet fruit.

White

Dorina Lindemann Arinto

This monovarietal wine, made from the Arinto grape variety, presents itself citrus-coloured, with aromatic notes of green apple, grapefruit and citrus fruits. In the mouth, it is filigree with a taut structure and freshness. Aromas of citrus oil, yellow fruit as well as a fine spiciness followed by an intense and persistent finish.
