Tasting:

Apresenta cor amarela com aspecto palha. Aroma claro e leve, com notas de Abacaxi, pêssego branco e maracujá. Palato com um toque de frutas tropicais combinadas com boa estrutura e fineza. A frescura confere um final longo e harmonioso para o vinho.

Tasting

Clean, light citrus color. Full ripe fruit, with white peach and citrus notes, passionfruit and pineapple. In the mouth juicy with exotic hints and a pleasant acidity. Good structure with finesse.

Vinification:

Manual harvest is carried out in 25kg boxes. The grapes are separated and subject to a cold maceration for 24 hours at a low temperature. Fermentation in small capacity stainless steel tanks is proceeded at a temperature of 14°C, for around 4 weeks after which the wine filtered and biologically stabilized. Later maturation is done in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 8°C until the bottling with membrane filtering.

A garnet red wine with intense aromas of heart cherry, a bit of dark chocolate and cedar wood. On the palate it is intense fruity, complex and elegant. It ́s well structured, full-bodied and has a sustaining finish with recurrent sweet fruit.
