Mediterranean grasslands derived from granite
Clean, light citrus color. Full ripe fruit, with white peach and citrus notes, passionfruit and pineapple. In the mouth juicy with exotic hints and a pleasant acidity. Good structure with finesse.
Manual harvest is carried out in 25kg boxes. The grapes are separated and subject to a cold maceration for 24 hours at a low temperature. Fermentation in small capacity stainless steel tanks is proceeded at a temperature of 14°C, for around 4 weeks after which the wine filtered and biologically stabilized. Later maturation is done in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 8°C until the bottling with membrane filtering.
A garnet red wine with intense aromas of heart cherry, a bit of dark chocolate and cedar wood. On the palate it is intense fruity, complex and elegant. It ́s well structured, full-bodied and has a sustaining finish with recurrent sweet fruit.
A new composition of terroir, experience and the grape varieties Viosinho and Gouveio created by Dorina Lindemann together with her oenologist Carlos Ramos. A lovely mixture of exotic fruit and buttery aroma. A lot of fruit, harmonious and wonderfully elegant.
