This white wine of a light hayish color has aromas of tropical fruits, peach, mirabelle and a little green apple. On the palate the wine is fresh and fruity with a harmonious acidity.
After the destemming process follows the cold maceration of the must for 24 hours. The preliminarily clarified must is then fermented with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 14°C and biologically cold stabilized.
We recommend that the “bag-in-box” should be consumed within six months after being purchased. The “bag-in-box” is durable for about four weeks after being opened.
Garnet red color with purple reflexes. On the nose surprise the wine with freshness of mint and eucalyptus. On the palate seasoning combined with wild berries and a soft, elegant finish.
A garnet red, young and fruity wine. Aroma of plums, blackberries and raspberry with a touch of black pepper. Great balance of sweetness and a pleasant acidity.
