Pleasant oil, balanced, mild to moderately fruity, with soft notes of olive green leaf and apple, slightly bitter and spicy, with an aftertaste of nuts, including almonds, and some persistence.
Used for various culinary applications such as seasoning, incorporation in cooking and for frying.
It should be kept away from light in a cool place and away from products with strong smells.
Garnet red color with purple reflexes. On the nose surprise the wine with freshness of mint and eucalyptus.
On the palate seasoning combined with wild berries and a soft, elegant finish.
Aromas of yellow fruits, lemon, peach and a hint of cardamom. This sparkling wine is straight with a fine yeasty note. On the palate clear and firm with a pleasant acidity, mineral spice and a very fine perlage.
