This sparkling wine with a pink colour and fine bubbles, is fresh and creamy with exuberant notes of red fruits. In the mouth it is elegant and mineral, keeping the flavour present in the aroma.
This wine is produced by the traditional method of bottle fermentation. It was matured for 12 months on the yeast.
Aromas of yellow fruits, lemon, peach and a hint of cardamom. This sparkling wine is straight with a fine yeasty note. On the palate clear and firm with a pleasant acidity, mineral spice and a very fine perlage.
Garnet red color with purple reflexes. On the nose surprise the wine with freshness of mint and eucalyptus. On the palate seasoning combined with wild berries and a soft, elegant finish.
