A Novum from sunny Alentejo: For the first time the variety Blanc de Noir was vinificated here as Frisante. Aromas of green apple, Maracuja and white currant are the predominant Aromas of the rich Aromaspectrum of this exceptional Frisante. On the Palate it presents itself fresh and fruity with a youthful simplicity, just like Luisa, the daughter of the enologist Dorina Lindemann, whom proudly presents her creation.
Selective hand harvest into small 25kg boxes. Natural sedimentation at 5 °C. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 15 °C. Maturation in stainless steel tanks for 5 months.
This Frisante is served at its best from now untill 2016.
